Elizabeth's youngest son, Aiden, has a brand-new face on General Hospital

General Hospital fans were surprised when Aiden Webber suddenly looked different on the May 2 episode. On May 1, he was played by Enzo De Angelis as Aiden tried to keep his mom from seeing pink paint on his backpack. By the next day, the teenage baker was in the Quartermaine kitchen for Sasha's cooking test, but this time, he was played by Tristan Riggs.

Riggs is an accomplished actor with an impressive résumé that dates back to 2016. According to IMDB, his first acting credit was in the short film Pasadena. Other movie shorts Riggs has appeared in include Don't Let Me Down, Cried Wolf, and Friday Afternoon. He was also seen in one episode of Sesame Street in 2020 and has had roles on True Lies, Walker, and Best Foot Forward.

Riggs hails from St. Louis, MO, but was raised in Austin, TX. In 2023, he told Texas Lifestyle Magazine that he is a true Texas boy. Even when he works in Los Angeles, his heart is back home.

"I love living in Texas," he said. "There is so much to do here. I love the Austin music scene. I have started playing guitar and have a growing interest in music. Some of my favorite artists are John Mayer, Eric Clapton, Led Zeppelin, The Beatles, and the Red Hot Chili Peppers."

Riggs is walking into a big role on GH, replacing De Angelis, who had been bringing Elizabeth and Lucky's son to life since 2021. When Elizabeth spotted the pink backpack paint, she quickly worried that Aiden was being bullied again. When he was in elementary school, his cousin Charlotte Cassadine bullied him. The teen also came out to his mom just before Christmas, telling her he was interested in a boy named Tobias. Time will tell if GH gives Aiden an on-screen same-sex romance.
